I have been noticing another round of improvements to my breathing. My nose seems to be opening up as well as my left ear. I just feel a slight pressure as the DNA appliance is working. I have been widening more going 2 turns wide and 1 turn forward. I am currently turning about once a week.

You can really see a difference in the width of your palate. Your teeth span the length of your smile now, and your midface area is better developed. Thanks for continuing to share your great results!

DeleteI used to feel as though water was in my ear. My hearing was a bit muffled...thought I did not realize it as I was so used to it...but as my ears open I can hear more clearly.
Christie, the changes are so striking! I can tell a difference in symmetry for sure.
